Shipping

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the US via UPS or Fedex. International orders (Canada and Mexico) may incur additional taxes/duties upon delivery which are not covered. If your order needs to go out with a specific courier, please alert us before ordering at help@lvgprints.com.

While fulfillment times can vary, it typically takes 3-5 business days for your order to print and ship (weekends and holidays not included). After your order is shipped, standard delivery ranges from 3-7 days, with most customers receiving their print between 8-12 days. We allow up to 15 days to deliver, but please note that sometimes this window can shift due to unexpected delays caused by inclement weather.

Often times a print can get lost or misplaced in transit by our couriers. If a print goes more than 10 days without a tracking or delivery update (and given that the address provided was correct) we'll send a priority replacement.

If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive the order, you must file a claim with the courier. Often times Fedex or UPS is able to track down the missing package. Other times we are able to provide a replacement if the courier admits fault. These are handled on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover or replace items stolen after they are marked as delivered.

If the address provided was incorrect or failed to deliver at the provided address resulting in your order being returned to us, we must wait until the order is returned at which point we can update your delivery address and send the order back out. Please note that return shipments are deprioritized and may take much longer to get back to our fulfillment centers.

Return Policy

Each of our prints and canvases is made custom to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or provide replacements for misorders, incorrect sizes, or changes of heart. If your print arrives damaged in any way from shipping, please send clear photos of the damage to help@lvgprints.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to ship you a priority replacement! We’re unable to provide replacements due to damage past our 30-day damage report window, so make sure to open your order and check it upon delivery!

Cancellation Policy

If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at help@headwestprints.com. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible, and are unable to change or cancel orders once they've gone to print. If you need to change your address, please also contact us immediately, as we are unable to change the address once the package has been shipped.
